Player Analytics Group, LLC

The casino has always had the data. The player never has.

That asymmetry is what we exist to close. Player Analytics Group builds software, analytics, and consulting for the slot gaming community — engineered from the player’s side of the glass by people who spent decades making enterprise data visible and decision-ready.

01

Analytics is more than the data

Raw numbers never made anyone smarter. Analytics is how you see data, how you perceive what it means, and how you decide because of it. Everything PAG builds — every dashboard, every report, every advisory engagement — is measured against that standard: does it move someone from noise to a confident decision?

See

The data

Every session, every machine, every win event — real, but undifferentiated. This is where the casino’s advantage begins, because they see all of it and you see none of it.

Perceive

The pattern

The same points, seen properly. Structure emerges when data is organized around the player’s question instead of the house’s. Perception is a design discipline, not an accident.

decision threshold
Decide

The decision

Analytics earns its keep here: a bankroll set with intention, a machine chosen on evidence, a partnership signed on empirical fit. Data that doesn’t change a decision is decoration.

02

Who we are

Player Analytics Group, LLC is a Florida software company that builds and operates Slot Tracker, a player-facing slot machine analytics platform marketed under the SpinLucki brand. The company was formed to commercialize a single thesis: the casino has always had the data, the player never has, and that asymmetry is what we exist to close.

Slot Tracker was built by analytics professionals who recognized the slot player’s data visibility problem as the same challenge they had spent decades solving for federal agencies and Fortune 500 enterprises. Beyond the platform itself, PAG offers consulting services to slot content creators and casino operators that build on the same data infrastructure. The platform is supported by a US provisional patent on file (USPTO Application 63/958,177, filed January 2026).

03

Three communities, three ways we work

PAG’s product and consulting work is organized around three audiences whose interests overlap but whose needs are distinct. Each is also a distinct line of business — a deliberate structure that keeps the company aligned with all sides of the community it serves.

Players

Platform subscription

The recreational slot player who walks onto a casino floor and makes decisions on instinct, habit, and hope. Slot Tracker turns that session from a guess into a managed entertainment experience.

  • Anonymous, community-sourced win data
  • Machine-level and casino-level analytics
  • Trip planning and bankroll awareness tools
  • Education woven into the product

Content Creators

Subscription & consulting

Slot YouTube creators and live streamers who build audiences around their play, their commentary, and their data. PAG works with creators as both a platform and an advisory partner.

  • Creator Studio: audience analytics & attribution
  • Revenue share for the value audiences create
  • Audience intelligence & content strategy consulting
  • Casino partnership facilitation

Casino Operators

Platform & advisory

Properties that want to understand their visiting players, evaluate creator partnerships with empirical data, and quantify audience-attributable traffic — from aggregate data, never individual records.

  • Owner Intelligence Hub: aggregated audience insight
  • Creator fit analysis & benchmarking
  • Player & machine performance intelligence
  • Partnership strategy & campaign tracking

Brand architecture

PAG is the operating company. Below it sits a portfolio of brands and products, kept deliberately distinct: the consumer identity stays warm and player-first, while institutional work carries its own professionally restrained register — including this site.

Tier 1 · Operating company

Player Analytics Group, LLC

Florida operating company · Founded 2026 · Fernandina Beach, FL

Holds all intellectual property, contracts, and product investments. The legal entity that signs partnerships and operates the platform.

Tier 2 · Brand families

SpinLucki

Consumer brand · Live

The player-facing identity. Owns all consumer marketing, the YouTube channel, and the public site. Tone is warm, educational, and player-first.

Slot Tracker · Live @SPiNLUCKi on YouTube · Live Virtual assistant · Future

Future B2B Brand

Separate identity · In development

A distinct identity for institutional products serving casino operators and marketing technology partners. Until it launches, institutional conversations operate directly under the PAG name.

API for casinos & martech · Future
Endorsement convention: consumer surfaces carry the SpinLucki identity; Player Analytics Group appears in legal, footer, and partnership contexts as “A product of Player Analytics Group, LLC.”
05

Three commitments

Player-side data visibility

Slot Tracker is the player’s instrument, not the casino’s. Every dashboard, report, and analytics surface is built from the player’s perspective — the structural inversion that distinguishes it from every casino-facing product on the market.

Education

A platform that surfaces data without teaching players how to read it has solved nothing. The Slot Tracker Education Hub, the SpinLucki YouTube channel, and in-app guidance make complex gaming math accessible in the moments players need it.

Responsible play

Slot gambling is entertainment, and it should remain that. UNLV research found fewer than ten percent of slot YouTube content carries any responsible gambling messaging. PAG treats that gap as a product opportunity — bankroll awareness and session planning as features, not fine print.

06

The architect behind the platform

Andrew M. Flick

Founder · Enterprise Platform Architect

PAG was founded by Andrew M. Flick, an enterprise platform architect with more than two decades of experience building data visibility and analytics platforms for federal agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, and global technology organizations. His specialty is consumption-based services and data visibility: the work of making invisible activity visible and turning raw operational data into decisions people can act on.

For one of the largest technology solution providers in the United States, he architected an enterprise platform that collects, aggregates, and correlates operational and business data to support infrastructure purchasing decisions worth millions of dollars. Slot Tracker is the application of that same discipline to a constituency that has never had a tool built for them.

07

Data stewardship

Serving three communities from one data infrastructure only works if the data posture is unambiguous. All wager and win data inside Slot Tracker is anonymized at the platform level. Win records link to anonymized player IDs and casino location IDs — never to identifying information — and casino-facing surfaces present aggregate audience data rather than individual player records.

The platform stores no payment data and no government identifiers. The only personal information retained is what a login requires: first name, last name, and email address. Subscription payments are processed entirely through Stripe, so cardholder data never touches the platform.
